1. The "72-Hour Volt" Timeline & Content Submission SiteVolt prides itself on rapid, high-quality execution. To maintain our standard of delivering premium custom websites in 3 days, our development timeline is strictly contingent upon receiving all necessary project materials upfront.
Please note that the 72-hour sprint clock does not begin upon contract signing or initial payment. The 3-day development window officially begins only when both of the following conditions are met:
Financial Clearance: The initial 50% project deposit has been paid and cleared.
Asset & Content Finalization: The client has successfully submitted all required branding assets (logos, colors, media) AND the finalized written site content via the official SiteVolt intake forms.
Exception for "Done-For-You" Content: If the client is enrolled in a SiteVolt tier that includes custom copywriting, the 72-hour design sprint will officially begin immediately upon the client's written approval of the final copy document.
If the client is delayed in submitting their content or assets, the project start date will be paused indefinitely until all required materials are provided. SiteVolt is not responsible for missed launch targets resulting from delayed content submission.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence the design and development phase.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion. This final balance must be paid in full before the custom domain is connected and the live site is handed over.
3. Scope of Revisions The upfront build fee includes one (1) consolidated round of minor design revisions on Day 3 before the final launch. Requests for complete template overhauls, major structural changes, or entirely new design concepts after the Day 1 wireframe is approved are outside the scope of this sprint and will be billed at our standard hourly rate of ₹1700.
4. Hosting & "Minor Updates" (Year 1)
Year 1 premium hosting, SSL security certificates, and site maintenance are included in the initial build fee.
Minor Updates Defined: The client is entitled to two (2) minor update requests per month. A "minor update" is strictly defined as text changes, swapping existing images, updating team members, or changing contact information.
Exclusions: Adding entirely new pages (unless explicitly included in the Pro tier), structural layout changes, custom animations, or complex third-party software integrations are not included in the free maintenance and will be quoted separately.
5. Domain Registration & Management The upfront build fee does not include the purchase of a custom web domain (e.g., www.yourbusiness.com).
If the client owns a domain: SiteVolt will connect the existing domain to the new website at no additional charge. The client remains responsible for their own annual domain renewal fees through their registrar.
If the client does not own a domain: SiteVolt can register, connect, and manage the domain on the client's behalf. This service is billed as the actual cost of the domain registrar's fee, plus an annual setup and management surcharge ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹6,000 (depending on the requested domain extension). This domain fee will be added to the final invoice and must be renewed annually alongside the Year 2+ maintenance plan.
6. Year 2 Renewals After 12 months, the hosting and maintenance agreement will automatically renew at the flat rate of ₹12,000/year (Basic Tier), ₹50,000/year (Intermediate Tier), or ₹25,000/year (Pro Tier). The client will receive an invoice 30 days prior to this renewal date.
7. Project Ownership & Agency Handoff SiteVolt believes in complete transparency. While we host and manage the website on our agency framework to ensure lightning-fast speeds and security, the client ultimately owns the final design and written content of their website.
If the client wishes to assume full control of their website and terminate the management agreement, they may request a "Project Handoff" under the following conditions:
The Transfer Process: Upon written request, and provided all outstanding invoices are paid in full, SiteVolt will initiate a direct project transfer to the client’s own personal Framer account.
Assumption of Billing: Once the transfer is complete, the client becomes 100% responsible for paying the ongoing monthly or annual hosting subscriptions directly to Framer, as well as managing their own custom domain connections.
Termination of Free Support: If a handoff is requested during the initial 12-month "free management" period, the client voluntarily forfeits the remainder of that free maintenance and hosting period. No partial refunds of the upfront build fee will be issued.
End of Agency Liability: Upon successful transfer of the Framer project, SiteVolt's obligation to provide minor updates, technical support, and site security is immediately terminated. Any future design or development assistance requested after a handoff will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
